1. Photos, in this order

  1. The whole room, so the stain's position is clear.
  2. The stain close up, with a coin or ruler for scale.
  3. The same shot every two to three days, same angle, to show it growing.
  4. Anything damaged: furniture, electrics, flooring.
  5. The area above or outside, if you can see it (the bathroom above, the roof, the facade).
