A July 2026 calculator lists hacking and disposal at about S$3 to S$8 per sq ft and screeding at about S$1 to S$3 per sq ft (Smart Calculator). A typical HDB common toilet floor is small, so per-toilet packages are how most contractors price it.
What you should get for the money

- Screed laid to fall toward the floor trap
- A ponding test of at least 24 hours before tiling
- An HDB permit if the floor is hacked, applied for by the contractor

Before you spend anything
